Just 30 mins from Nice airport and beach. Set on a terraced hill on an acre of mature gardens. Surrounded by trees and vegetation with uninterrupted views down the Loup valley towards Nice. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, living/dining room area with sat TV/DVD/surround sound etc. Fully fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher etc. Outside there are 2 barbecue areas with seperate barbecues. One with a Summer Kitchen also fully equipped. Outside also Table Tennis room sun lounge and pool area. all taking advantage of sun and views. rated include Linen, gas and electricity. Ideal location for hill walking or off season break.
