We have a selection of 1 studio and One Bedroom Apartments. Studio Apartments Residence Menaggio Alba and Mimosa. Attractive studio apartments with panoramic views of Lake Como. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small but very attractive terrace where you can soak up the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. One Bedroom Apartments - Residence Menaggio Aurora and Glicine. With charming views of the central lake area and mountains, it easy to just sit back, relax and soak up the atmosphere on the panoramic terrace leading off the lounge. There is one double bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a private garage. Walking from the apartment into menaggio will take approx. 20 mins along the lovely lakeside promenade that leads to the town centre. TO ACCOMMODATE LARGER GROUPS OF FRIENDS & FAMILY: All four apartments can be rented together sleep 12 guests.

The separate and newly fitted Kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday on Lake Como and the spacious modern Shower room with washing machine is also very convenient for your stay. The accommodation is ideal for a couple staying as a spacious and stylish Master Bedroom is provided. French doors lead from the Living area to a very sunny and well proportioned Terrace Balcony, offering the perfect place to relax during the daytime as well as for Alfresco dining in the evenings, with stunning views over the Lake, providing you with a very romantic and memorable backdrop!

It is right in the centre of the lake on the West-Coast. Menaggio is a historic village with always something going on. Both Como and Lugano are 28km away, it is very well connected by ferry to the rest of the lake. There are fantastic restaurants for suiting everyones tastes. The golf club right above the village is one of the most famous and beautiful clubs in Italy. I think that the town has a holiday feeling all year through, it divides the luxury area of the lake, south of the village and the more rural and rustico area in the north. Visit Bellagio and Varenna in 15min by boat or ferry, Lugano by bus in about 45min and Lenno a where the stunning Villa Balbianello is situated, is about a 15- 20 minute bus journey or a 10 minute drive.

    There is a final cleaning cost of €100 when staying for one week & €120 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card or Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
