La Villa is a 18th century solid stone construction completely restructured in a panoramic property of 45 hectares of woods, olives, fields in an isolated and magnificent spot framed by splendid scenery down to the valley between Lake Trasimeno and the Tuscan Hills. On the first floor a sitting/landing area is fitted with wall to wall windows for the benefit of guests to delight in 40 km view - giving the impression of a large painting. It is about three kilometres from the main road so there is an atmosphere of rural tranquillity. The architect who restructured the old farmhouse has completely transformed the inside. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and is restored and furnished for the best comfort of the guests who holiday there. The garden has cypresses-the typical Tuscany trees-, rosemary, lavender and other essences between the private parking, the house and the swimming pool (12mx6mx1-1,8m). A pergolato and other shady sites are well equipped for outside dining.

Only 13 kms off is the celebrated Lake Trasimeno where there are some fine restaurants and good beaches. From this strategic position visit the Renaissance cities of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio: Orvieto is 35 Kms away, Perugia 50 kms, Assisi 70 kms, Siena 80 kms, Florence 120 kms and Rome 145 Kms.
