With stunning views, this south-facing apartment overlooks the unspoilt, quiet and sheltered bay of Cala Tirant. It is on the resort of Playas de Fornells, known for its beautiful gardens. The apartment is reached down some steps through gardens and is on the ground floor of a small block of four apartments. It is simply furnished, spacious and comfortable. The large lounge leads onto the south-facing terrace with direct views over the bay. The two bedrooms are reached up a few steps from the lounge. Both bedrooms have a window overlooking the bay and the main bedroom has full-length windows. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower. The kitchen leads off the lounge and is fully-equipped. There is a supermarket a short walk away and there are a few cafes on the resort. Out of season the peace and tranquility is magical - even in August the resort is quiet and family-oriented. The pretty fishing village of Fornells is 3kms away and is noted for its restaurants and seafood.

The Playas de Fornells is known for its beautiful gardens with cleverly-lit archways and walkways. It's near Fornells, a pretty harbour village famous for its restaurants. A car isn't essential but recommended as Menorca has many delights to discover. In spring and autumn, it's perfect for walking and bird-watching - you can hear nightingales from the terrace in spring. In all seasons, it provides a relaxing, get-away-from-it all holiday. There are watersports available, especially in summer, and other activities include horse-riding and golf a short drive away.

Everything is as described, wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has all you need for a home from home holiday. There are a couple of supermarkets & restaurants within a short distance and many more restaurants & bars in Fornells itself, a short drive or 40 minutes walk. You will not be disappointed if you book this lovely retreat.
