Lower Woodbourne is an apartment on the lower floor of a house in an elevated position, offering stunning views of Salcombe estuary. Furnished to a very good standard, the property is suitable for families or couples alike. The huge windows ensure a light and spacious feel. There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is large and has a kingsize bed from which you can see the beautiful turquoise sea and beach opposite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is room for a travel cot in both rooms. The sitting room has comfortable seating plus stunning views. The kitchen is modern and well equipped as is the luxurious bathroom. Outside there is a private terrace overlooking the sea. There is a table and chairs and a barbecue for eating al fresco! Out the back of the property there is a small garden with lawn. The property has 1 parking space, which as anyone who knows Salcombe will tell you, is worth a lot, especially in the summer months.

Salcombe is a charming seaside town within easy reach of some of the countries most beautiful beaches, walks, golf and watersport locations. It also boasts a wide range of excellent shops, restaurants and cafes. Salcombe is popular all year round due to its warm climate. Lower Woodbourne is perfectly situated, being 5 minutes walk from the town centre and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach at North Sands. Salcombe has fantastic facilities for all ages: beautiful, safe beaches for toddlers, water activities for teenagers and fabulous walks and sightseeing for adults. There are some wonderful National Trust properties nearby as well as other towns such as Dartmouth, Totnes and Plymouth. It is also the perfect retreat if you want to do nothing more than just relax! North Sands beach has Blue Flag status is recommended in the 2009 Good Beach Guide.
