Large Provencal villa in enclosed grounds within a Private Domaine. With 4 large bedrooms to sleep 8. Large Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower with french windows onto the garden. Second double bedroom with shower and washing facilities en suite with view if the Southern Alpes and pool. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with flexible bedding to sleep 4. This floor also has its own bathroom and separate W/C. The main living room is large and cool in summer with french windows onto the garden one side and onto the dinning terrace on the other. Large dining outside dinning terrace off the sitting room and adjacent to the large well equipped kitchen. The large terrace and pool is not overlooked by neighbors. the grounds of 3500sqm are part laid to lawn and part natural with rosemary and thyme growing in abundance. The views from the terrace are stunning.

The Villa is situated between the French villages of Valbonne and Biot surrounded by natural pine forests. Biot is famous for the largest marine park in Europe with dolphins and killer whales. Locally there are many typically Provencal villages such as St Paul de Vence and Valbonne itself. Local amenities include a supermarket within 10mins walk and local restaurants and bars. Horse riding, tennis golf and swimming are all located within a 15 min car drive.
