Gdansk has much to offer the traveller. Gdansk's Old Town is full of hotels, restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and amber shops amidst the picturesque Burgher houses that line its streets. Beyond Gdansk's Old Town, a gamut of wonderful destinations await travellers: the suburb of Oliwa hosts numerous parks, a zoo, and a spectacular cathedral en route to the hedonistic atmosphere of Sopots beaches and nightlife. Venture into Gdynia and you'll find some of the area's finest restaurants, a number of lively bars and more beautiful coastline. Day Trips to immaculate Malbork Castle, the dunes of Leba and the hot sands of Hel are mandatory stop-offs for those with a little more time on their hands. Our brand new apartment is located most conveniently to explore the whole of Tri-City. The complex is located in very quite residential area within fully secured and monitored development with underground parking space and walking distance to some beautiful sandy beaches.

Oliwa is (part of Gdansk) of historical significance, but it is an attractive tourist spot as well. It is mostly noted for its Gothic Post-Cistercian complex which consists of the Cathedral, the Monastery, the New Abbots' Palace, the Abbots' Granary, the Monastery gardens and the Water Forge. However, there are other tourist attractions in Oliwa as well such as the Park of Oliwa, the beautifully situated zoo and sandy beaches. In the neighborhood there is plenty of recreational areas, playgrounds, forests, cycling and walking trails. There is also shops, supermarket and shopping centers within walking distance.

What is provided?: The apartment is very well provided with all the fixtures and equipment you require for a comfortable stay. This includes a well equiped kitchen, plates and cutlery etc. All linen,including towels, will be provided. Fresh linen will be delivered after 7 days. Our guests will be asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure, to allow our cleaning team to clean the apartment for the next guests.

Meet and Greet:: Our local representative will meet with you on your arrival and introduce you to Gdansk and the apartment.

Nice new apartment in safe residential area

I stayed in the apartment for a month in August 2009 and I was completely satisfied with it. The apartment is new and tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean. The owners answered promptly to all my enquiries and I didn't have any problems with the payment or deposit. The area is nice for walking around, the wonderful park Oliwa is quite near, but the walk to the beach is at least 30 minutes and quite boring for my taste. The nearest SKM stop is very near, so you can easily commute in the Tri-City. There are several shopping centres in this area, which is also very convenient.
The apartment is suitable for families with young children, as it has the necessary equipment (baby cot, high-chair) and is not noisy at night.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay while in Gdansk. I certainly felt at home there and enjoyed my stay very much!

Die Buchung ging ganz unkompliziert genauso wie Check in u. out.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet, sowie mit kleinen Details dekoriert, sogar Bügeleisen u. Brett sind vorhanden. Das einzige was fehlte sind Balkonmöbel. Alle gemachten Angaben des Vermieters waren korrekt.
Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein leckerer Pizzalieferant u. auf der anderen Strassenseite ein Lebensmittelladen. 5min. zu Fuss zur Hauptstrasse sind 2 Restaurants u. 2 Shoppingcenter mit Lebensmittelläden.
Auf der Promenade zwischen Gdynia, Sopot u. Gdansk kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, Fahrrad u. Inliner fahren, zwischendurch lecker Essen u. Trinken oft mit Blick auf die Ostsee.
Die Bus u. Bahnverbindungen sind sehr gut.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub zu Jederzeit genossen, alles war wie bestellt, eine schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung u. Erholung.
Jederzeit werden wir diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen u. zu gegebener Zeit wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sie ist modern und voll ausgestattet. Selbst ein Babybett / Laufgitter ist vorhanden.
Auto ist in einer Tiefgarage des Hauses sicher untergestellt.
Wenige Fußminuten zur S-Bahn-Station Przymorze in die Altstadt von Gdansk sowie nach Sopot und Gdynia. Eine halbe Stunde Fußweg zum Strand in Gdansk. Fährt man mit der S-Bahn nach Sopot, ist der Fußmarsch-Anteil zum Strand dort deutlich geringer (und schöner). Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung in der Nähe - entweder gleich gegenüber oder nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt.
Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Umgebung ist kinderfreundlich - auch für Kleinkinder.
Nicht zu empfehlen für Menschen mit großem Bedürfnis nach Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Urlaub.
Für alle anderen sehr zu empfehlen für zwei bis drei Erwachsene oder zwei Erwachsene mit ein bis zwei (auch kleinen) Kindern.
