This spacious apartment is located in the centre of Puerto Banús in the popular Playa del Duque urbanisation in one of the original buildings - Edificio “Cadiz”. These apartments are ideally located having access directly onto the beach sidewalk and also to the main shopping street. The apartments boast huge park-like gardens and three swimming pools all with easy access from the apartment building entrance. This apartment has a good size terrace with side views of the sea and of the mountains. It comes with secure under ground parking with a lift up to the apartment on the 4th floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and has access to the large dining area with seating for eight people. The airy lounge has plenty of seating for relaxing and provides television in a selection of languages (including English, German, Spanish and French). There is a CD/DVD player that pipes music throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located in the Playa del Duque urbanisation by the beach in the centre of Puerto Banús. Playa del Duque is a collection of large very well built apartment blocks surrounding a central communal park-style garden. The park area provides residents with a large restaurant/bar beside one of the three large outdoor swimming pools. There are plenty of sun loungers provided all around the gardens. The gardens are kept to a high standard and have fountains, rivers and bridges throughout. It is possible to leave the complex onto the sea front walkway or alternatively take the “shopping exit” where you will find yourself into the centre of the Puerto Banús shopping centre. Puerto Banús is famous for its many exotic shops, high-class boutiques, restaurants and bars. The harbour is host to an array of beautiful yachts and high-end cars. The beaches are well maintained with plenty of places here or drink on the shoreline.

Car hire:and airport transfers: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you from Malaga airport. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for a half day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Turist attractions.: Puerto Banus is also well located to travel to many places Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona is also worth a visit for it still remains a very Spanish town with it's many beaches, bars and restaurants. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday for both families and friends who want to be located in the centre of everything.
