We are very pleased to welcome you to our Beautiful 5* Star 'Spacious', 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Vacation home in Candy Palm Road, Paradise Palms, which is only minutes away from Orlando's major attractions. Our South Facing beach style home is one of the larger homes in Paradise Palms and is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with flat screen LCD TVs in each room with movie channels etc, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans and fully Air Conditioned The Kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer / Ice Maker, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishwasher, Mixer, Electric Can opener, Waste disposal unit, Washing machine & dryer etc The Bedrooms with their king size beds are beautiful and spacious. The Bathrooms with Bathtub & Showers and his & her sink units also are supplied with Hairdryers. Our south facing home also comes with Covered Lanai, with a private courtyard with splash pool for sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining.

  • NB: for rental rates in US Dollars or Euro's please contact the owner. Payment can be made by bank transfer into US account, Euro account, or Sterling account.
    We will require a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week you are staying (i.e two weeks stay requires £200 deposit) when booking. balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Weeks are transferable.
    All prices are excluding 13% state tax.
    Pool heat can be paid locally at a cost of $125 ( approx ) per week.
    A 3% transaction fee will be added for Credit Card payments.( PayPal )
    Cheques taken for UK guests.
    Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $95 for house cleaning.
    A security deposit of $250 will be required at check-in.

    Prices may change at owners discretion and without notice.
