Based in the idyllic town of São Martinho do Porto, just a 2 minute walk from the spectacular shell shaped bay & promenade which offers watersports, cafes, bars & restaurants. The complex boasts the largest pool in the town, containing both an adult & children pool, playground, secure entry & exit available only to residents, ideal for families with young children. The apartment's position provides balcony views from two sides, both full length balconies equipped with table, chairs & sun-loungers to enable you to dine al fresco or laze in the sun from sunrise to sunset. The two bedrooms contain two single and one double bed, plenty of storage. The spacious living / dining area contains two large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, providing comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements for up to six persons. We have provided a Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and Stereo for your enjoyment.

  • A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of €200 is also required which will be collected with your final payment. This amount is refundable within 1 week of departure. Cleaning charge of €50 is charged at end of your stay, if additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged.
  • On arrival, you will be met by our local contact who will hand over keys and be available to answer any questions. If you are arriving late, please contact us, as a welcome pack with the basic essentials can be arranged upon request.
