Located in the residential hills of Nice just a few minutes from the center and beaches in a green and quiet area in a enclosed garden of 3000m². Air conditioning in all bedrooms. It has 5 large bedrooms, 3 of them with a sea view. 1 extra bedroom with a sea view also. 5/6 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 6 single beds. 3 bathrooms, one with WC. Two separate W Cs. Fully equipped independent kitchen: 5 gas hotplates, 2 large ovens, micro-wave, washing-machine and tumble-dryer. Living room with a fire place and video equipment. Satellite TV. Modern furniture. A gardener takes care of the property. 48m² terrace. Fully equipped pool-house with corner kitchen, shower, independent WC with Jacuzzi for 8 pers. Ping-pong table by the swimming-pool. Electricity and gas are extra. Phone in extra according to consumption. Pets are not accepted.
