Photos and Description of this Englewood Beach holiday villa 3 bed 31/2 bath Florida home large pool overlooking golf course 10 mins to beach

Luxurious modern Florida style single level house. Our home has three bedrooms sleeping 6 maximum all with ensuite bathrooms. The oversized master suite has sliding doors out to the the south facing free form pool. The open plan living area consists of formal dining area , breakfast area with table and chairs and bar stools at kitchen bar. Two areas are provided to relax one being the family room with 50'' screen, cable, CD and DVD equipment. Also the lounge area for putting your feet up to relax after a hard day at the beach or pool. Both these areas have panoramic views of the 16th green of Long Marsh Golf Course. The pool area has plenty of room to soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided and also has a covered lanai area with dinning table and chairs. There is an further bathroom at poolside for your convenience. The large kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The two guest rooms can be either two twins or a further double and 1 twin.

Our beautiful home is set in the quite residential area of West Rotonda. We are in the centre of five excellent golf courses and yet only a ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast. The town of Port Charlotte with its Mall and endless restaurants is only 15 mins away while superb outlets are an easy drive in either direction on the inter-state.
