This lovely apartment is part of an old 'podere', it has one bedroom, a huge sitting room/kitchen with incredible views of nearby Siena. It is a perfect place for an artist or for a couple escaping the hustle and bustle of major cities.Visitors have the use of all the outdoor space and the countryside around is totally unspoiled. The owners live just up the road for any questions and information about Siena. There is a local bus that stops very close, but if you want you can even walk to Siena in under an hour. Shops are a 5 minute drive. There are public pools in Siena but the beach is only an hour away.

The flat is a five minute drive from Siena, right on the edge with Chianti. Montalcino, San Quirico and Montepulciano are 45 mins to the south while San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence are 45 minutes/1 hour north. In our area the famous Crete senesi meet the wine producing Chianti. The lovely beaches of Parco dell'Uccellina are one hour away.
