Huge Detached front line Beach Villa in one of the best locations in Cabo Roig with superb Ocean Views and the Beach at the end of the Garden. The villa is very spacious and set over 2 levels and is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 families without feeling crowded. There are 4 good-sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, conservatory, main kitchen, summer kitchen, BBQ. From nearly all the rooms you can see and hear the Ocean. Outside is a large garden (1500m2) set all around the villa offering different areas to relax and enjoy. There is a Private splash pool (see further details at bottom of page), Ping Pong Table, Table Football, 9 sunbeds, shaded dining area plus several more seating areas around the villa. One of the best features of the villa are the amazining views and private staircase direct on to cabo roig beach, you can be on/off the Beach in 10 seconds ! Swimming Pools: The villa has a Private splash pool - Round shaped and approx 4 meters in Diameter less than 1 meter deep - children will love it - For adults its great to cool off after sunbathing or simply relax and float round on an air bed...... There is also a Big Pool located at the bottom of garden (Mediterranean ocean!!) Just 10 seconds walk.... There are 3 local Restaurants/Cafe/Bars (Cabo Roig restaurant / Mirador restaurant and famous Orihuela Costa Club) all have large Outdoor public swimming pools with sunbeds and are all within 5 - 7 minutes walk from the villa

Some things to do : There are water sports available (jet ski hire and banana boats, donuts etc) from in front of the La Bahia restaurant (7 minutes walk from the villa) more water sports can be found at La Zenia Beach (5 minute walk) Tennis courts are available for your use (located beside the Cabo Roig restaurant 7 minute walk) Boat Hire available, scuba diving snorkelling etc. Cabo roig has its own out door cinema (open summer times - films shown in Spanish language) go karts available at Punta Prima (5 minute car-taxi ride) 3 golf courses (Capoamaor Las Ramblas and Villamartin within 5 minutes drive. Spent a lovely week at the villa with some friends and their family, age range 7 years to 42 years. Great location if you love the beach, was lovely to hear the waves - very peaceful. Would definately benefit from having a bigger pool (which I hear they are trying to install ready for next year) although the splash pool was great for cooling off in and for the younger children it would have been nice to swim a few lengths.
Local supermarket only 7 mins walk and few bars and restaurants about 10 mins walk. Cabo strip is a good 20-25 mins walk away.
Would go again - loely part of Spain.

this villa is excellent value for money,in a great location,splash pool was an absolute godsend for our kids because we didnt have to worry about our girl not being able to swim,villa was very clean and the changeover was excellent, highly recommended

Our family spent two superb weeks in this excellent house on the beach,we were from 11 to 71 years old and all loved it and will be back.Kerry saw too it that we had every thing we needed and the service was perfect.If you are looking for the perfect summer house for the family on the beach than this is it.

Fantastic location

This villa is ideal for beach lovers and has beautiful sea views. The villa is very large and has a good plot ideal for children to run around. It's very secure and I felt relaxed that my children were safe in this property. The only negatives are that as it only has a small splash pool if you prefer to be round the pool rather than on the beach everyday. However, our children are small so it was just the right size for them! The villa feels a little tired but was very clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. One last note, there is a large building project going on next door to this villa which is not ideal if you are looking for total peace and quiet!
Owner's Response: Thanks for your review glad you enjoyed your holiday, there are plans next year to install a larger swimming pool. As regards the building works (new villa being built) next door the major works which are considered the nosiest parts (laying foundations and frame etc) were completed before the first guests arrived in May 2009, We carried out a sound and sight test In May 2009 and can report that from the main garden area you couldn’t hear anything and you couldn’t see anything of the construction works. From the main garden area all you can hear is the sound of Ocean waves breaking on the Beach. The villa been fully booked since May and everyone that has stayed at the villa have said there was no problem with noise. Occasionally once or twice a week they delivered some building materials and you heard a truck arrive and go after 10 minutes but otherwise you hardly noticed any works going on. The construction work is due to completed in October 2009. It is normal for the month of August 2009 all construction work stops. Kind regards Kerry
