Happy in Florida, das waren wir, in einem sehr schönen Haus, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Bei Ankunft, Begrüßung und Einführung durch den Vermieter,er schaut auch immer wieder mal rein und gibt Tipps und Ratschläge! Es fehlt an nichts, vom Schwimmbad, über drei tolle Badezimmer mit Handtüchern und Strandlaken bis hin zur komplett eingerichteten Küche. Das Haus Capistrano bietet alles für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub, in einer Seitenstraße, am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen! Absolute Ruhe!!!
Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge!
Miami ca. 3 Std.
Tampa ca. 2.30 Std.
Orlando ca. 3.30 Std.
St. Petersburg ca 2.00 Std.
Sanibel und Captiva wunderschön ( 10 Min. bis Sanibel )!
In Fort Myers selbst gibt es das Edison Museum ( Erfinder der Glühbirne und Fassung ) und die Shell Factory ( Welt größte Muschelfabrik). Außerdem gibt es herrliche Strände, 5 Min. Autofahrt vom Haus und man erreicht den Estero Beach, mit vielen Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Wer es ruhiger möchte, Sanibel Lighthouse Strand ca 15. Min Fahrzeit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus.
Shoppen bis der Arzt kommt, kann man im Miromar Outlet Exit 123 ( Estero, Corkscrew road ). Markenshops ( Calvin Klein, Levi, Fossil, Adidas, Nike, Puma usw.) ohne Ende und super Preise. Also, Anreise mit leeren Koffern und Rückreise mit vollen Koffern!!!
Für Kids, Teens und alle Junggebliebenen sind natürlich die Freizeitparks der Hit ( Bush Garden und Adventure Island in Tampa, Disney, Sea World und Universal in Orlando usw.) Es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu erleben.
Florida ist eine Reise wert, nichts wie hin, am besten ins Haus Capistrano!!!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (14 und 11 J.) im Herbst in Florida, in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus.
Der Empfang durch den Vermieter, wie auch am Schluss die Abgabe, waren pünktlich und sehr angenehm.
Das Haus ist so, wie wir uns einen amerikanischen Bungalow vorgestellt haben:
- grosszügiges Entree, Wohnzimmer mit Blick zum Pool
- Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Abwaschmaschine
- ein sehr grosser Grill neben dem Pool
- auch Waschmaschine und Tumbler fehlen nicht
- direkter Zugang von der Garage ins Haus

Unseren Kindern gefielen die Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und den grossen Betten, die vielen Fernseher und vor allem das sehr schöne Schwimmbecken. Wir waren schon vor dem Frühstück im Pool, und - dank der Pool-Beleuchtung - auch noch am späten Abend!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und werden das Haus auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieser super!!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, und obwohl wir schon zweimal hier waren blieben auch diesmal keine Wünsche offen. Es hat ein Vollausstattung mit allem, was wir zuhause auch haben. Es bietet reichlich Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, und obwohl ich imorgends mmer der erste war konnten alle anderen ungestört weiter schlafen während ich schon in der Küche klapperte. Wichtig und hilfreich ist auch der Vermieter, und da kann man wirklich jederzeit anrufen und fragen. Er ist immer hilfsbereit und weiß natürlich auch viele Dinge, die man sonst nicht finden würde. Super Restaurants mit einem wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang, das muß man erleben, das kann man nicht beschreiben. Wir können uns nur für alles bedanken! Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Zum Strand kommt man übrigends auch mit dem kostenlosen Beach Trolley, er hält stündlich bei Perkins, ca. 500m entfernt. Es gibt jede menge Shopping Malls. Ich empfehle ein Navi, damit haben wir Orte unproblematisch gefunden, POI, Malls und vieles mehr. Und es hat uns auch nachts sicher nach Hause gebracht.
Schaut auch auf die vorhandenen Informationshefte und Zeitschriften, es lohnt sich.

Immer wieder ein Traumhaus !!!!!!

Wir sind jetzt das zweite mal hier gewesen und kann nur sagen , einfach genial ! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und der unkomplizierte Umgang mit dem Vermieter , einfach toll , kann ich nur empfehlen für alle Deutsche , die sich noch nicht sicher sind nach Amerika zu reisen !
Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und die Abwicklung ist wirklich einfach und unkompliziert ! Kann ich nur empfehlen !!!!!
Und das Haus mit eigenem Pool , ein Traum , man findet die Ruhe , die man braucht , aber wenn man es etwas anders braucht , die Meile direkt am Strand von Fort Myers ist nicht weit (mit dem Taxi genau 7 Dollar)
Hey , für jeden etwas !

ICH persönlich kann es nur empfehlen !

super Haus....super Florida-Urlaub

Zwei Wochen haben wir in diesem schönen Haus verbracht.Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet,sehr gepflegt von innen,wie von außen!Große Garage bietet viel Platz für Auto und Moped.Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus,ist gut regulierbar und auch die Ventilatoren drinnen,sowie draußen sind sehr angenehm.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,auch reichlich Geschirr ist vorhanden,da fehlte es an nichts.Schlafzimmer auch sehr schön und bequeme Betten,haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere.Bäder auch sauber und genügend Handtücher.Die Beschreibung des Vermieters stimmt genau was die Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses angeht.Der schöne Pool hatte angenehme Badewannentemperatur.Auf der Terasse bietet sich viel Platz zum sonnen und relaxen.Bei uns gabs alle Mahlzeiten draußen,egal ob breakfast oder barbecue mit dem riesen Grill,der auch zur Verfügung steht.Dank Fliegengitter rund um Pool und Terasse auch keine lästigen Insekten.Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Strasse,zum Strand von Fort Myers sind es ca.15 Autominuten,außer am Wochenende,da war es etwas überfüllt.Es sind aber noch weitere schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung,z.B. Sanibel island und Lover`s key.
Als wir von unseren weiten Touren von Key West,Miami,Space center,Orlando oder Everglades zurück kamen,fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause...abends gemütlich am Pool sitzen oder schwimmen(Pool ist auch beleuchtet).Zum einkaufen gibt`s um die Ecke Publix und ca.10-15min Wal mart.Shoppen kann man super im Tanger oder Miromar outlet in Fort Myers oder in Orlando,da sind noch einige mehr.Ca.3 Autostunden entfernt,aber es lohnt sich,dort ist auch Sea World,Disney World und Universal studios.Wetter war ganz toll...der Vermieter sehr nett von erster Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise.Ein kleines Problem mit einer Toilette hatten wir,das aber sofort behoben wurde.
Es waren tolle zwei Wochen...wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen jedem weiterempfehlen.
Zum sechsten mal waren wir nun in den USA und werden immer wieder kommen...es ist immer wunderschön und es gibt viel zu erleben und zu entdecken.Viel Spass bei eurem Aufenthalt..bye bye
