Extra services:
It will be possible to organize a catering service for those who want a total holiday. Also possible to hire the chalet with a guide who will show you all the possible ski-areas in the neighborhood. For elderly people or single elderly persons it will be possible to stay at the chalet on a BED & BREAKFAST basis. The owner will accompany you, at request, on your skitrips. Perfect for elderly couples where one partner doesn't ski!!
Any given DAY in MAY at MOLENSEE: 08.30 hrs up to the Kitz for some spring skiing, 14.00 hrs down to the Zell am See golf for a relaxed 18 holes round of golf, dinner at Schloss Kammer at Maishofen and one ends the day with a piano concert at the old church at Zell am See.
Only 3 km from Molensee one can find a large shopping area with Hofer, Lidl, Maximarket, Mediamarkt, XXX Lutz, shoe-, clothes-, ski- and many more various shops.
If required, sets of golfclubs are available at the house (for rent)
Neighbourhood:
We are in a neighbourhood of three newly built chalets, all belonging to Dutch people who know each other well.
One of these chalets is an exact copy of our chalet, standing next to us. They were both built 4 years ago. The owner does not let it. Colour, furniture and decorations are completely different. We share a garage(2 cars) and the middle terrace(above garage). The middle terrace is being divided by a wooden wall where plants will grow(to be erected august 2009). Both chalets have huge private terraces on both sides
To the three chalets leads a private concrete dead end road(approx 100m). On the left and front of our chalet is just mountain and wild greenland, no neighbours to be seen. To the right is the twin-chalet and a bit further to the right is the third chalet. All very private and secluded.
In winter the private road will be cleared of snow regularly, the terraces have to be cleared by guests, using the available powerful snowclearing machine
Living at molensee:
Pls keep in mind that we are letting a beautiful house. Don't make a mess of it. Be careful with our furniture, parquet, etc. It's not allowed to entertain other guests other than your group, it's not allowed to have extra people sleeping than the number you have booked for. We have a friend who will check once in a while if guests are not breaking the rules.
You will receive a contract and an instructionmap.
We are using the chalet ourselves on a regular basis.

The wooden chalet on top of the road belongs to an Austrian family. They are very good friends and keep an eye on everything.
The private road lead to the main road(well kept, concrete) that leads to the valley and little church.
