Very beautiful Californian style villa with a living space of 270 m2 (4 double bedrooms) in a secured domain situated in the hills of the famous Gairaut, with a panoramic view over the city and the sea. 8 km from the beach, 3 km from all conveniences. 20 minutes easy drive to Monaco. Infinity pool (11m x 4m --0.8 to 2m deep) and small pool area for children. Air conditioning system in the entire villa. Flat TV screen in many part of the house. INTERNET Access The furniture and the equipment of this villa is of extremely good quality and taste. The kitchen has large panorama windows opening onto the swimming-pool is fully equipped. The living-room also opens onto the swimming-pool, Many flat screen TVs. Very comfortable and large sofas overlooking the pool and the fantastic view. 4 bedrooms with king size beds and own en-suite shower room.
