A newly built luxury second floor 1,500 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the beach. Incorporating 2 en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and top of the range finishes such as cedar French doors and windows, the condominium comes fully equipped and furnished and includes satellite television for high quality reception with a 40 inch plasma screen, DVD film library, CD / ipod player and wi-fi internet access. Dine indoors or on the large 230 sq ft terrace balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Caribbean Sea. The building has high levels of security including CCTV, security guard, intercom and private parking, elevator, swimming pool and sun deck with direct access onto a quiet secluded beach. Maid service is provided twice a week. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities are within a short walking distance. A haven of peace and tranquility with nightlife just a walk away.

Perfect Condo in Barbados

Stayed here for a week with my wife and another couple. The condo is in a great spot; on the St. Lawrence Gap strip, but out of the way a little so you're not caught up in the hustle, bustle, and noise of the night life.

The building is at the end of a small side street that leads down to the beach. The local restaurant (Scotty's) at the corner of the side street and the main road is a great place to grab authentic local food at an amazing price. The convenience store across the street has all the basic supplies, liquor, and groceries that you may want.

The unit itself is beautiful and more than large enough for two couples or a family. Both bedrooms are a good size, with the master bedroom being larger and having a direct ocean view. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, which is great. The view is from the living room is incredible, and we ate our meals out on the balcony every day. Pictures do not do this unit justice.

The beach that the building backs onto is a good size, and was never busy when we were there (granted we visited during low season). However, pick your swimming spots carefully as there are some rocks in places out in the water.

Philip (owner) and Juliet (manager) were a pleasure to work with. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. Absolutely no complaints about our dealings with them!

Overall this is a highly recommended rental property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if/when we go back to Barbados.

This apartment was wonderful the owner had thought of everything and there wasn't a single thing we could suggest to make our stay even better.

All mod cons are provided, including a very well equipped kitchen and regular housekeeping.

The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which is just a few yards from the apartment building, and rarely had anyone else on it. Very comfortable beach chairs and loungers are providd, are as cool bags and a beach umbrella.

Juliet from Churchfields, the company which manages the property, was a pleasure to deal with and really helpful.

I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Our holiday in Paradise

We stayed at this propoerty and quite frankly it was stunning. It was a beautiful apartment that had absolutely everything you could need from cable tv, to a selection of DVDs, to every modern kitchen appliance etc.etc. It was an ocean front property in a paradise location, nicely secluded from the 'St. Lawrence strip' but within easy walking distance. I cannot speak highly enough about the property, location, or our vacation there. It was first class and top quality. Thank you.

A jewel of a villa

I stayed in this villa for a couple of weeks in May this year and can recommend it without reservation. The situation is superb and so too is the villa itself which is furnished to a very high standard and provides everything one could wish for. You can step out of the garden with its small pool onto the beach which is virtually private, and we saw few people on it we began to feel quite proprietorial. On a scale of 1 to 10 Villa K scores 10 plus.
