In the heart of the old town (Vieux Nice), an authentic Nice apartment with modern comfort to rent for holidays. 2-4 persons comfortably on 55m2, but can sleep 6. Plenty of natural light due to large windows and a high ceiling, south facing 'Rue Préfècture' with a magnificent view on a little church tower. Tiled all-over. Everything on your doorstep: bakery, restaurants, bars, market and the beach. Situated on 3rd floor, no lift. Free Wi-Fi, deposit safe, HD TV, DVD, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. Baby cot available. Include linen and towels. Further Details Indoors: - Lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a dining table that sits 6, - En-suite master bedroom with large double bed (Queen size 160x200cm, sleeps 2) a shower and toilet, - Separate bathroom in the hall with bath (shower in bath) and toilet, - Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring stove, extractor fan, combi-steamoven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fondue pan, - Mezzanine in hall that can sleep 1-2 people.

Nice Nice on the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is like: waking up quietly in the morning, putting on your shorts, wear your flip-flops and go to buy the croissants downstairs. Coming up, opening the windows and enjoy the view on the little church tower, overlooking those tourist arriving for their sight seeing tour. Have your breakfast and afterward walk to the fantastic (farmers) market and buy the ingredients for tonight’s dinner, or eat out in the many good restaurants (try the fondue restaurant!). Every season Nice is beautiful, and oh so close to Monaco, Cannes, perfumeries of Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Italy and the fantastic French Alps. Only 1 hour drive to the ski slopes - nearest ski piste of Isola 2000. Well, I hope you enjoy my apartment as much as I do when I am there! When you fly in, take bus 98 and in 20 min for only €4 you are there.
