This beautiful finca has been recently renovated and stylishly furnished to provide a luxurious, spacious and comfortable home. The house is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating and an open fire for cooler months. The emphasis is on peace and tranquility in an idyllic rural setting where the only sounds that can be heard are those of goat bells and birds. 50 sq m. of terrace surround the house and the pool. The latter is beautifully positioned on the hillside at the foot of the olive grove and overlooking the mountains. It has 80 sq m. of terrace with contemporary sun loungers. The terraces and pool are all beautifully lit by night. The ancient city of Antequera with its Renaissance and Baroque architecture is only 15 minutes away. Granada and Ronda are approx 1 hour away, Cordoba 1 1/2 hours and Malaga town 25 minutes, making it the ideal location from which to visit these cities. The local village of Villanueva is approx 8 minutes drive.

The ancient city of Antequera with its Renaissance and Baroque architecture is only 15 minutes away. The local village of Villanueva de la Concepcion is approx 8 minutes drive. The cities of Granada, Cordoba and Ronda are all approx 1.5 hours from the finca by car. Seville is approximately 2 hours by car. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are a 35 minute drive from the property.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon booking a non refundable deposit of 25% is taken. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. However, full payment is due if the booking is within 6 weeks of arrival. A refundable deposit of £250 to cover damages and breakages is payable with the final balance.
  • Terms of Cancellation
    If you cancel your booking, the following payments will become due:
    - Within 6 weeks of arrival the total booking fee is payable
    - Between 6 and 12 weeks of arrival 50% booking fee is payable
    - More than 12 weeks of arrival the deposit is payable
    We will do our utmost to re-let the cancelled period and if successful your loss will be limited to deposit only to cover our administrative costs.

Notes: Owing to the finca location the property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. The private land is extensive but the terrain is steep in some areas. The Finca is cleaned and linen is changed mid week. Additional service can be provided on request including homemade meals at an extra cost agreed with the housekeeper whose details will be furnished upon booking. The 10 x 5 pool is approached by a gentle walk up from the house. It is equipped with smart, contemporary sun loungers with cushions, tables and large parasols. The shaded dining terrace has a large wooden table which seats 8 people. The pool can be heated in cooler months. Large Gas Barbecue available for guests' use.
