This apartment is located inside the gated complex of Peyia Gardens. It sleeps six guests comfortably and is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the center of the very pretty and popular village of Peyia. Air conditioned throughout the apartment has been furnished to a very high standard in a comfortable style, also all the windows have been fitted with fly screens. The fully fitted well equipped kitchen has all you require from a self-catering apartment. Both bedrooms and the lounge lead out on to the large spacious veranda which has low seating, for relaxing and enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon, sun loungers for soaking up the warm Cyprus sun, or sit at the dinning table tasting some of the delicious Cypriot cuisine, whilst taking in the views to the sea.

This wonderful apartment has an ideal location being only a 7 to 10 minute walk from Peyia, a traditional village nestling in the hillside overlooking Coral Bay, where you'll find local banks, tavernas, bars, bakery, pharmacy, butchers, fishmongers and supermarkets. The sandy beach at Coral Bay is approx 3km away and offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops.The location is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing self catering holiday in the sun close to village amenities. Having a car enables guests to discover all that this breathtaking area has to offer. The road through Peyia leads over the mountain to the small coastal villages of Polis and Latchi. Here you can sample some wonderful fresh fish locally caught. Take a stroll along the sea front or swim in the clear blue waters. Don't forget to watch out for the turtles that return every year to lay their eggs on this stretch of coast line.

    Departure time is before 10am and Arrival time after 2pm
    Bed linen, towels and air conditioning are all provided in the price.
    A non refundable 25% or €100 deposit (which ever is higher) is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 3 months prior to arrival.
    A €200.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

A lovely apartment.

A very spacious and very well appointed apartment. It was clean and exactly as shown in the advert. I would recommend it without hesitation.
It was very quiet and peaceful with an excellent pool.

Small niggles -
Lack of sunbeds became an issue which the owner is addressing. Other small points were ants on the balcony which didn't cause an issue inside, but were irritating out there, and if I'm really picky the lack of a tray to carry things from the kitchen to the balcony for meals would be the icing on the cake! Oh, and possibly a hairdrier to save the ladiies having to pack one.

Otherwise brilliant. Thanks Maxine for a great holiday and for your quick responses to all our queeries etc.

I would definitely recommend a car or 4x4 as the location is a little remote although there are shops and resturants in the village.

We will be having our own sunbeds around the pool to make sure any future guests are not in the same situation. Those annoying little creatures outside have all gone I have also spoke with the neighbours to enusure everyone keeps the complex clean and tidy. You are not being picky when suggesting a tray and hairdryer, I'm gratful for the feedback and these will be addressed. As for the car/4x4 yes it is recommended as it states in the ad although the village has everything you need from banks,restaurants, shops and bars it is great to get out and about. Thank you once again for staying and wish to see you again soon, Regards Maxine

Peyia Gardens - August 2009 Family Holiday

We stayed in Peyia Gardens during August 2009 for a period of two weeks.
The apartment was fantastic, much bigger than we had expected with a huge balcony with sea and surrounding hill views.
The apartment was nicely furnished with good amenities.
Maxine the owner is lovely, she very kindly came out short notice to do a mid week clean.
We have four young children, they loved the onsite pool, it was not busy and very clean. Most people staying in the complex own a property, everyone was very friendly & kind.
The area is great, walking distance to bakeries, shops, tavernas & a great fish restaurant. Also only a short drive from Coral Bay and ideally placed for a trip up into the fabulous troodos mountains.
We will certainly stay here again & would highly recommend to others.
