Great flat with a view of the Sagrada Familia!

The apartment has a great location - only five minutes' walk from Monumental tube station, and ten minutes'' walk to the Sagrada Familia, whose spires you can see from the windows. It is only three tube stops to the top of the Ramblas. Although Avenida Diagonal is a busy road, we weren't bothered by noise.

It is on the 6th floor and there is a lift which worked fine. The entrance and staircase were very clean and pleasant.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is pleasantly furnished in a minimalist modern style, mostly black and white, with lovely wooden floors throughout.

The living room/kitchen is pleasant and very light, with large windows across the whole width, and a pleasant outlook. The bedrooms are quite dark, as they look into a central well, but this wasn't a problem for us and it means they are very quiet and cosy.

The locality felt quite peaceful and safe. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away which had everything we needed, including fresh bread and fruit/veg.

We were travelling with a five-year-old and the apartment was fine for him.

The owners met us at the flat and were very welcoming. They were also very helpful in helping us report some lost property.

I would recommend this apartment to a friend or relative.

Daniel and Juan gave us a warm welcome with a lot of explanations about the city. They even called us back to give a more detailed answer to one of our numerous questions!
We had a super modern kitchen with all the cooking material to our disposal and even a supply of fresh drinks, spices, cookies and other appetizers.
An extremely clean modern bathroom and an ultra bright living room with a nice view on the Avenida Diagonal contributed to a very appreciated week in this beautiful town.

Our expectations were exceeded!

We are two couples from Germany who had very nice holidays in this convenient appartment. Dani und Juanjo had been very kind and answered all our questions. All things had run smoothly. The furniture seemed new and modern, the kitchen contained everything needed for cooking. The whole appartment was clean and bright. All kinds of public transport were near but sometimes we even walked to the beach or to Placa Catalunya. Only a few steps from the appartment is a commercial center called Glories were you can go shopping or have lunch.
We can recommend the appartment to all people who want to have great stay in Barcelona!

Bright and comfortable appartment

The appartment is very bright, comfortable and more spacious than it looks like on the pictures. Everything was very clean. Bedrooms are very quiet and beds are really comfortable ! Everything we needed was available in the appartment.
Some small supermarkets and other shops are just around the corner. All points of interest and the beach are reachable either by metro, bus, or tram in a few minutes.
Daniel and Juanjo were very friendly and helpfull.
We really appreciated our stay and felt like home.
