This superbly located villa is in Quinta do Lago, the sought area of ‘Monte Golfe’, near beaches and Golf Courses. The property is built in traditional Moorish style and has been maintained to a very high standard. The villa is spread over 3 levels with five en-suite bedrooms, four of which are on the ground floor, with the master-suite occupying the entire upper level. The master suite has its own living area, large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, walk-in wardrobes and a large private terrace. The spacious living accommodation with 2 LCD screens, cable and satellite and fire place opens onto the extensive entertaining areas and gardens, with large swimming pool, a feature stream and a pond,outside bar plus an orchard. There is a large basement with fully filled kitchen, and living/games room with fireplace. Ducted air cooling and electric central heating, marble floors in the living areas and hard wood floors in all bedrooms.

  • Half terms and Easter are charged as medium season.
    As the property is fitted with great quality furniture, LCD screens, etc we have to ask you for a damage deposit of €400 on your arrival ( cash ) or if you prefer you can pay it before by bank transference.
    The deposit for booking is 25% of the total and the balance to be paid one month before arrival date.
    This can all be done by a simple bank transference, when the deposit is paid you will receive an email confirming your booking.
