Kitchen & Dining area are of bespoke design, the tables & units are handmade, as is the staircase. Bedroom 1 - Hand crafted 4 poster bed & ornamental fireplace. En suite luxury bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath, matching WC & handbasin & a separate shower cubicle with power shower over. Double doors lead to a decked area with seating. Bedroom 2 - Double room with fully tiled bathroom, matching WC, handbasin & bath with power shower over. Bedroom 3 - Twin room, 2 single beds. Shower room. Lounge with seating for 10 people, LCD TV, FreeView & DVD player. Kitchen with seating for 10, dishwasher, double range cooker, American fridge/freezer. Sep Utility - Washing machine, WC. Parking - 3-4 cars & boat. Rental includes bedlinen, electricity, heating, cot & high chair. Regret no dogs or smoking.
