The property is a townhouse which consists of a modern kitchen, spacious lounge/ living room , a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs it has a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds and the third with 2 single beds. Going up again there is sun terrace that from one side you can watch the golf on the 6th hole or have views of the countryside on the other. There is a garden front and back which leads out onto the communal pool which is exclusive to the row of townhouses.

Set on the golf course but is 5 minutes from the town of El Colorado, and 10 minutes from Chiclana. the nearest beach is la Barrosa which is 10 minutes away and 20 minutes to El Conil. the golf course has a good restaurant on the site and there are also a couple of other bars. as you are close to the motorway you are not too far from all the surrounding towns and villages.
