Casa De La Familia is as the name suggests - a perfect villa for a family holiday. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & 2 lounges all spread across two floors it is ideal for those that want to holiday together, whilst still enjoying the freedom and space of not being overcrowded. The villa is a warm Spanish style home to which a great deal of attention and effort has been made to make that first step through the front door as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The villa boasts some of the finest furniture available and a great array of art work to view. Casa De La Familia has 3 terraces to enjoy the fabulous all year round climate Lanzarote has to offer. The first from the lounge doors is ideal for alfresco dinning - with a large outdoor covered dinning table & BBQ. Next to the dining area is an outdoor 3 piece sofa set - ideal for watching the sun set after a nice meal. There is also a private roof terrace & gated lower terrace where the private heated pool is.

Nearest Airport: Arrecife (ACE) at 30 Kilometres
Casa De La Familia is located in the beautiful location known as Montana Roja. Which is a mere 10 minute walk to Flamingo Beach and its array of shops, restaurants and bars. If you need more, than Playa Blanca centre is a little further, but still only a 15/20 minute walk and if you don't feel like walking back there are plenty of taxis available and from the centre of Playa Blanca, back to the villa will only cost 2 - 3 euros. Lanzarote itself has many fascinating tourist attractions and there are plenty of organised trips available or you can hire a car and make your own way. If you'd like any further details, please don't hesitate to ask as we have plenty of local knowledge.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 6 persons: Please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 12 people.

    A deposit of £300 (420€) per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.

    As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed
    Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.

    Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
    Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  • A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.

    High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.

    CAR HIRE can arranged, please ask for details.

    Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.

    A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
