Pretty mid-terrace, newly decorated smart house in short quiet street (cul de sac) off Kings Road/ Waterford Road. Fully furnished, clean and light with easy access to Chelsea. Not suitable for children as open plan basement area outside does not have handrail/ railings.

This is a lovely residential Fashionable Fulham location, bordering Chelsea with buses & taxis on the Kings Road only a one minute walk. Fulham Broadway on the Fulham Road is 8 minutes walk, which has a tube station (District line), cinema complex, Planet Organic, Marks & Spencer, Waitrose and many other shops and restaurants. Eel Brook Common is a lovely park less than 5 minutes walk with interesting shops and more restaurants on the Wandsworth Bridge Road. There is a market on the North End Road which runs from Fulham Broadway. For theatres and the West End, Sloane Square & Knightsbridge (Harrods) take the 22 bus round the corner which travels right along the famous Kings Road. Chelsea Harbour on the river is a 5 minute taxi ride or 10 minute walk with lovely views of the river and the well known Chelsea Design Centre. The Natural History Museum, Science Museum and V&A at South Kensington are just 5 stops on the tube.
