Brand new townhouse located within a fully managed resort which includes a large pool complex, just 10/15 mins from Disney. See http://www.regalpalms.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.cgi/regal/content/home.html. Completed in June 2007, this is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse in landscaped surroundings. The air conditioned accommodation comprises entrance hall leading into the lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen set up beautifully for your self-catering needs. The first en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower over an extra large bath and a balcony for enjoying that glass of wine in the evenings. There are also 2 twin bedrooms, each containing 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is parking to the front with space for 2 cars.

Beautiful house, lovely resort, perfect loction

Just back today from two weeks in this beautiful house. Only booked 1 week before leaving and the communication and administration was seemless. The booking process at reception was friendly and painless.
The house was spotless and has a very impressive large living space. It is kitted out with every required item from linen to corkskrew.
The resort, including the pool & lazy river area are clean, well maintained and there are plenty of loungers available.
The location on highway 27 is perfect to get to all attractions and the walking distance to Publix supermarket, various eateries and bars is a luxury in Orlando.
We will definately return to this house in the future. Thank you for a great holiday!

Family Vacation in Orlando

We had 2 kids and 4 adults. The unit was very spacious and clean. The pool area at the resort was very relaxing for the adults and kids. Everything needed was at our fingertips including linens and dishwares etc. The resort is not far from the attractions and Walt Disney. Great value for the money spent. The description and pics of the property correctly represents the resort, no surpises. The owners went over and beyond to ensure that our booking was secured and had excellent customer service. There is shopping nearby Publix, Walmart. The fast food services open late like Burger King, Mcdonalds,KFC, Taco Bell all are nearby. Applebees is also nearby.
