The accommodation is constructed on two levels, on the ground floor, a front door with direct access to spacious lounge / dining room with open fireplace, separate fitted kitchen having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob with extractor fan. On the ground floor there is also a children's twin bedroom (having bunk beds) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. An open stairway leads to the first floor landing where there is a master double bedroom having a small private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins, a separate walk-in shower and marble floors. A second set of patio doors give access to a large balcony, shared with the second double bedroom. A third double bedroom on this level overlooks the pool. In addition there is a family bathroom on the first floor, shared by two double bedrooms. Entertainment is provided by a Flat Panel Satellite TV, DVD & Stereo.
