Beautifully renovated south facing stone barn comprising of two gites with heated above ground pool and childrens play area, near the town of St Sauveur le Vicomte and 20 minutes from nearest beaches. Esperance is a two bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge area. A pool/table tennis table is also provided. Patio with BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs all overlooking the beautiful garden, in excess of 1 acre. The property is fully equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday.

Ste Colombe is a small village close to the towns of St Sauveur le Vicomte and Valognes. The ferry port of Cherbourg is just 30 mins away. Ideally situated for the WW2 and D Day landing beaches. Fishing, canoeing and horse riding are just some of the activities available in the area. Local markets are held everyday of the week. Lovely resturants are close by. The beautiful beaches of Carteret and Portbail are just 20 mins away, or if you want the city why not take a day trip to Paris on the train from Valognes.
