Photos and Description of this Bargemon holiday villa 2 Bedrooms - sleeps 6 very child friendly villa w/ panorama.

Nice villa built in the typical Provencal style and situated within walking distance of the village of Bargemon. The villa is south facing and is nicely protected from neighbours’ view. There is a wonderful view toward the mountains and the sea to the south. The villa is built in two levels with the lower level consisting of living area and kitchen all with access to the terrace and garden and two master bedrooms. The villa has a nice terrace, perfect for small children. The pool is on the lower level of the house and it has both an alarm and is fenced in for security. By the terrace there is a BBQ and small summer kitchen. The property is fenced and closed. The village of Bargemon is a typical southern French village with many good restaurants and a nice market once a week.

Bargemon is the local friendly village, with its lovely squares, cafes, restaurants and fountains. There is a weekly (Thursdays) market day and festivals take place regularly – it is typically French. Village facilities include swimming pool and play area, museum, tourist office, supermarket, bakery, butcher, newsagents, post office, bank, hotel, 7 restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, pottery, wine merchant. The villa itself is 3 km. from the village of Bargemon (2 km. walking by footpath), in a wooded area with views over the hills to the south. It is peaceful and secluded but not isolated and gives easy access to walks through the oak forests so typical of this area.

  • Notes on prices.
    Villa cleaning € 100, laundered bed linen & towels € 25 pr. person. Pool maintenance each week inclusive. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption during mid and high season.
    Between 1 October and 30 April, electricity is charged according to usage as is wood for the wood burner in the salon.
  • Changeover day
    Saturday changeover in high and mid-season. Flexible at other times. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.
  • Booking notes
    We ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental at booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before the rental period begins together with a 400 euro returnable security deposit.
