These 3000 sq ft loft apartments are just what a family needs to get a true understanding of what living lavishly in New York really means. Each of these properties have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each apartment takes up the entire floor of a 4 story low rise elevator building. You will not find many spaces like this in NYC.

If you want space, then this is your unit! It is neatly designed to maximize all of the 3000 sq ft of space you will have. This unit and ihas been renovated and revamped to accommodate up to 12 people. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also included within the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy if you are three couples. All of the bedrooms are quite spacious and the the master bedroom has a HUGE walk in closet, and is attached to a master bath with a jacuzzi. The living room alone is in excess of 1000 sq ft (the size of a 2 bedroom luxury condo by itself) will surely make your jaws drop (if you know Manhattan real estate). The high ceilings and the huge/spacious apartment will engulf you. You can literally Rollerblade across one side of the apartment to the other. It's really that large. Located in the heart of Murray Hill, the neighborhood is known for its plethora of shops, restaurants, lounges, and bars, and the Subway is only 2 blocks away!
