  • None peak week bookings of two weeks or more attract a 5% discount. There is a supplementary charge of 80€ per week for parties of six adults in July and August. Prices include gas, electricity, basic foodstuffs, shower mats, hand towels, personal towel sets, bed linen, and a full clean before and after your stay. There are no hidden extras. The living room with two comfy sofas looks over the river. The fully equipped kitchen includes sharp knives, spices, dried and fresh herbs, organic oils, salt, pepper flour and sugar. Cleaning agents and waste bags are provided. There is a separate dining area between living room and roof terrace. A separate library/computer space plus TV on the mezzanine level frees up the living room for others to use as they wish. La Condamine is double glazed and has a wood burning stove - warm and cosy out of season - but with shady spots to escape the intense heat of summer. English television on satelite (400 channels) BBC ITV etc
