Casa Maze newly built Country farmhouse perfect for the lazy days relaxing by the pool with a good book and letting the world go by ! lovely country walks set in five hectors of olive and almond groves at the end of a farm track with fabulous views of mountains with the only neighbour being the owners farm house nearby. 10min drive to typical Spanish village with all facilities, 10 mins drive to the river Ebro perfect for fishing, or exploring medieval villages & Castles.20 mins The Delta Bird watchers paradise and excellent for cycling with different routes to follow. For Hikers there are many mountain and sea walks to follow and cave paintings to explore,20 min to over 20 beautiful beaches and coves Port Adveture and water park only 45min away. 10mis drive takes you to an exclusive intriguing country restaurant, And so much more !

We are 10 mins from the longest river in Spain & famous for its large cat fish The River Ebro, 15 mins from from typical Spanish village Benifallet with caves to explore, boat trips, restaurants and Tapas bars. Miravet medieval village reached by a 3 car pulley ferry with its Knights Templer Castle, beautiful potteries and river side Tapas bars. Over 20 Beaches and coves to explore yacht Marinas with, promenade typical Spanish cuisine restaurants and bars L'Ametlla De Mar Fishing villages with Blue flag beaches shops, choice of restaurants over looking the port.

The listing for this property was very accurate giving you a great introduction and enabling you to make an informed choice. In addition Maze and John, the owners ,delivered great customer service from the time of booking to the time of leaving.
They had used their imagination to think of many extra touches that ensured a relaxing holiday including:-
Meeting you at the main road and escorting you to house, which is wonderfully secluded
Providing a comprehensive welcome pack to keep you going until you could shop yourselves.
Giving you information and directions for shops, restaurants , beaches and local attractions.
They were always available when needed but never intruded on your privacy.
You also have the option of befriending their two dogs and three cats
If you are looking for peace in an unspoilt area of spain this is the place for you

Do you ever get to the airport and realise that you have forgot anything?
Well it does not matter here, everything has been thought of.
From toiletries in the bathroom to mosquito repellent...
What a welcome pack ( included in the price), Sparkling wine,bread,coffee, tea, milk various foods to get you started, even beers in the fridge.
If it's not there, just ask.. John & Maze will provide it for you, or point you in the right direction..
Right in the centre of the Rasquera countyside,away from the hustle & bustle, of the costa's.
From this base we travelled to many of the historic places of interest ( there are many) even managing to get to the usual costal resorts of the Costa Dorada.
You feel away from it all, but actually on the edge of everything.
Do visit Miravet, take the 3 car pully ferry ( only 3 euro's), and visit the caste of the knights templar.
Excellent property,Excellent hosts, Excellent setting.
What more can you ask for????
