This South facing apartment overlooks the 3rd Green on the Championship Par 72 golf course on Hacienda Riquelme. The resort is built on a natural nature reserve which means that the build density only equates to 4% of the entire resort. This makes the resort the most spacious of all Polaris Resorts & certainly one of the most prestigious & exclusive to be designed by Polaris World. The apartment has 2 double/twin bedrooms with additional sleeping on the sofa bed. The kitchen if fully equipped with dishwasher,cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The lounge/diner has a 28'tv/dvd player & enough room for six to dine. This leads out to the large terrace with a few steps down to the communal pool. As our guests you are entitled to 'golfing discounts' & other promotions on at the time of your visit. You are also allowed usage to the other Polaris Golf resorts via the free shuttle bus. This is an ideal apartment for golfers/non golfers, families, elderly & limited mobility.

The excellent road system allows you to visit the many attractions close to Hacienda Riquelme with a 10 min. drive. We have at least 7 golf courses close by including the prestigious La Manga Club. The historic town of Murcia offers great shopping and is the cultural capital of the region. There are six National Tourism Interest Festivals and 31 Regional Tourism Interst Festivals in the area with in a year. February is carnival month, May features Moor & Christian parades in many of the regions. There are beautiful beaches such as Lo Pagan, Santiago de La Ribera and Los Alcazares. The Mar Menor is open to the sea and is quite shallow, ideal for kids. La Manga Strip is unique having sea on both sides. This whole area is a mecca for lovers of watersports. Mud baths can be taken at La Puntica, Museums can be visited in San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier & National Park of Calblanque is a must which can be enjoyed on foot, horseback or by car.
