La Rincoire, 5 bedrooms detached house set in 10,000m2 beautiful gardens with own lake set in lovely, peaceful countryside abounding with wild life, including red squirrels, buzzards, rare birds etc. 3.5 km from Allaire, a small town with all amenities, including 2 bakeries, 2 banks, post office, supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, boutique and hairdresser, the house sleeps 9 comfortably. On first floor there are 2 doubles and 1 single bedroom, bathroom/shower, 2 toilets, kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory overlooking the large, sunny garden (floodlit at night). On ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom/shower and games room. There is full central heating and spacious lounge has open log fire, ideal for cosy chilly evenings. In lively region of Morbihan, there are many activities to enjoy such as cycling, walking, canoeing to name but a few and delightful beaches less than an hour by car, where you can even pick your own oysters when in season.

Situated in South East Brittany in the region of Morbihan, less than an hour from the Atlantic coast, our lovely country house is ideal for families who enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Whilst set in its own grounds in the heart of the countryside, the house is within easy access to Allaire (3.5 km) and Redon, a larger town (10 km) with a swimming pool, larger supermarket, cinema and lakes and rivers. There is an abundance of historic sites and quaint artisan towns and villages close by to enjoy typical, simple French cuisine and good, inexpensive wine. Further afield there you can visit famously historic Carnac long predating the Pyramids and Stonehenge as well as Bayeux, home to the Tapestry celebrating the Norman conquest of England in 1066. Also, La Baule is a beautiful beach resort within an hour's drive and In inland Morbihan don't miss Josselin Castle and, to the south of Josselin, the town of Rochefort-en-Terre, 15 minutes from house.
