The property is located in the surroundings of Estoril, in a village called S.João do Estoril, on the 14th floor of a well maintained building, with two elevators. It has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from all common areas as well as the bedrooms. Spacious living room area seating 6 with satellite TV, DVD, & Broadband Internet access. There is a balcony for for Al Fresco meals overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Equipped with a fully fitted modern kitchen. Very close to the apartment you can find a local supermarket selling all kinds of groceries and also fresh bread. There is also an English mini market where you can find that special item you forgot back home! Railway is located 6 minutes walking distance allowing you to travel to Lisbon stress free in roughly 20 minutes. Cascais is about 8 minutes away. Walk along the promenade by the sea and stop for ice cold drinks and a variety of great restaurants. Azarujinha & Poça are the local beaches.

The Azarujinha Beach is a small beach hidden at the bottom of a high cliff, behind the summer houses that sidestep the Marginal Avenue (Avenida Marginal). You can access this exclusively by foot through the high wall that gives access also to the Poça Beach. There are stairways available on each side of the beach, connecting it to the Marginal Avenue. From the top of these stairways you can appreciate a magnificent sight over Cascais coastline. There are a host of restaurants, sun shelters and sunbeds for rent, Lifeguards are on duty throughout the summer. Poça Beach is situated, in one of the extremes of the promenade that extends to Cascais. Access can be made through a small car park or a pedestrian tunnel that links the beach to Santa Rita valley. The beach has two pleasant esplanades (a small and a bigger one).

  • Please note the prices for this property at Easter and Christmas week are €1250

    A Security deposit of €300 will be required when staying at this property. This amount will be fully refunded on your check out providing that nothing has been damaged at the property.
    The sum of €50.00 (FIFTY EUROS) may be deducted from the security deposit if the property is found to be left in unsatisfactory or inappropriate state of cleanliness.
    A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due eight weeks before your stay to secure the booking, the remainder is to be paid upon your arrival in cash.
    Guest clients are advised to book their own travel and holiday insurance.
  • Guests arriving at the property between 20.00 hours and 22.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €20 (TWENTY EUROS).
    Guests arriving at the property after 22.00 hours and up to 0.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €40 (FORTY EUROS).
    Guests arriving at the property after 0.00 hours and up to 09.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €80 (EIGHTY EUROS).


    If your arrival is delayed, you MUST contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property.

Amazing view from different rooms and from the balcony. This large appartment is very comfortable, with a modern decoration. Obviously refurbished recently, all rooms are clean and the kitchen equiped with all you need for cooking. Large living room with cable TV (Al Jazeera included!) and WiFi for your computers.
Cleaning lady comes once a week; nothing to do! Superb service.
As this appartment is at a 10 minutes walking distance uphill from the train station, it's better to have a car. parking lot provided in basement.
