Our apartment is brand new and has two large bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a twin. Both have patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the pool. There is a separate kitchen also with balcony access. A spacious lounge and dining area also lead to another large balcony with views of the bay and out towards the Atlantic ocean You can have breakfast on one balcony in the morning sun and relax on the other for the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and also offers a jacuzzi bath, electric shutters, air-conditioning, central heating and a video intercom for entrance. If you feel like a swim the pool is the largest in the area and is set in landscaped gardens, which also include a childrens play area. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment are numerous restaurants which offer a taste of traditional Portuguese Cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Sao Martinho Do Porto is situated on Portugal's beautiful Silver Coast and is only an hours drive North of Lisbon and close to the medieval walled town of Obidos. It sits on the edge of a spectacular shell-shaped bay and is a perfect spot for families with its stunning beach. There is also an old town with cobbled streets, coffee houses and traditional restaurants. A promenade running the length of the beach makes those lovely evening walks as the sun sets seem like a stroll in paradise. A short drive from the area are a number of golf courses including the famous Praia d'El Rey.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, the final balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. If booking is within 4 weeks the full amount is required.
    Cleaning is included at the end of your stay, should you require further cleaning and linen changes during the week they can be arranged at 60 euros time.
    150 euros is required as a security deposit against breakages, this will be returned within one week of departure providing the apartment is as you found it.
    To avoid problems on changeover days, guests are required to arrive after 2pm on their arrival day and leave prior to 10am on their departure day. If this is likely to cause you any difficulties, please contact the owner to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

Apartment and facilities were excellent. All brand new. Location is perfect and secure. Huge swimming pool. Shops, restaurants, convenience stores, beach and small harbour in walking distance. Easy driving from Lisbon airport. Ideal for exploring the area, with some amazing historical, holiday and fishing towns nearby.
