The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen, plus a comfortable lounge-dining room with fireplace and satellite TV. Outside you will find covered and open terraces plus the BBQ area, all wonderful for al fresco dining. The villa is ideal for summer holidays with air con throughout plus natural breezes to cool you in the height of the summer. It´s perfect for a winter break too as you can enjoy the sun during the day and snuggle up in front of the fire at night. If you simply can´t leave your emails for a whole week, there´s even broadband internet access available! Located in a residential area just 5km to the Arenal Beach with great country and mountain views, only 1km from shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
