The apartment has a large open plan lounge with TV and DVD player, dining and full kitchen area with amazing views of the marina, beach and pool. A large balcony surrounds the apartment with beautiful plants and pots, the dining area is overlooking the pool. A washing machine and drying area is also situated on the balcony. There is a beautifully laid out bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, lots of hanging space for clothes and towels. The bedroom is large and has plenty of storage and a lovely double bed. There is air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. The pool, restaurant and gym are on the ground floor with full 24 hour concierge in lobby. Electricity is included in the rental fee. Television stations include English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and cnn. The apartment is literally a hop from the beach and fantastic bathing areas with loungers and shading. There are fantastic cafes and restaurants seconds from your lounger serving beautiful fish and Spanish dishes.

The region is a hive of activity. There are great restaurants of every nationality & the famous Spanish fish restaurants that line the beach front that feature great fish dishes of every variety. The Beach at Fuengirola is fabulous all just outside your door featuring fab sun loungers and perfect views and swimming. The Marina is a five minute walk away for sailing. Benalmadina,Torremolinos,Mabala and Malaga central are all available easily by train and in under an hour. Benalmadina is available by bus from the bus garage (15 mins walk away) or on a great boat trip leaving the harbour twice daily.There are great water parks in Fuengirola or near by Torremolinos. Shopping is fabulous at the many Shopping Malls in the close area or Malaga Central. If you like extreme sports there is great Kite surfing and surfing at nearby Los Alamos.The coach station is a 20 mins walk to anywhere in Spain.There are great coach trips leaving the hotel daily to Gibraltar, Morrocco, Mijas and Granada ECT

Notes: Please be aware children over ten are welcome. The reason for not allowing children under ten is the structure of the balcony as it has a solid wall up to height off 19 cm and thenthere are 3 railings seperated by 6 cms to a total height of 39cm .We feel that this would endanger children younger than ten if left un supervised on the balcony areas. There is a storage luggage room in reception used on a first come first served basis. We use an agent in Spain (English and Spanish speaking)who supplies the keys and services the apartment for your arrival.(not serviced during your stay)Checking in times are after 4pm and vacating times are at 11 am. Very large balcony accomadates Dining area,drying clothesand washing machine.There is masses of storage on balcony.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and very well equipped. The property was very clean, the room sizes excellent and the air conditioning in living room and bedroom very welcomed for the August heat. A big plus was the enormous balcony with the outside dining area, washing machine and clothes dryer with fantastic views over the sea, pool and marina. The sofa bed in the lounge was very high quality and very very comfortable. The location of the property is ideal as you are still in walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants but it is very quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and use it again on my next visit.

I have just had a weeks stay in this wonderful apt. It was so close to the beach you could almost dive into the sea from the balcony! The apt was fitted to a very high standerd and was very clean and well equipped,although a freezer would have been a nice extra.Very nice bonus was the very efficient air-con.
I would recommend this apt to anyone who wants a quiet holiday with great beach facicities.
