Relax and enjoy the privacy of this secluded villa that is located on a dead end street in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Manasota Beach. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms. Double car garage. The French doors in the master suites lead out to the large Lanai and pool/spa area. There are 2 bathrooms, one having its own private outdoor sitting area. Fireplace in the large living room which also has French doors that lead out to the Lanai. Large eat in kitchen includes dish washer, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and pass through window out to the Lanai. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and tub sink. Cable and wireless internet service. Plenty of storage 2 walk-in closets. Towels and sheets included.
