Our spacious luxury NON-SMOKING 2 double bedroom apartment is on a small quiet gated complex it has a swimming pool and smaller children's pool. The pool area is fenced off for safety and has toilet and shower facilities. The comfortable lounge area has seating for 5 , the dining area seats 4. Apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave every thing you would need, air conditioning, English and Spanish television, DVD player selection of DVDs, Fly screens and security grills fitted on all windows, 1 bedroom is en suite with shower/bath/bidet. There is a separate shower room with loo. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a pretty private walled garden/patio decked area with patio furniture and sun loungers. Wind out Sun awnings have been fitted to give shade from the glorious midday sun. The apartment has secure underground parking It offers everything you will need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Close to village.

This luxury apartment is an ideal base when visiting the beautiful Andalucian region of Spain. It is in walking distance of fantastic sandy beaches with typical beach bars, perfect for Golfers. Desert Springs is 10mins away Valle de Este 20mins.Beautiful scenery,short drive to the National Cabo de Gato Park, and 10mins from the ancient hilltop town of Mojacar& the fishing port of Garrucha numerous restaurants and bars. Palomares retains its Spanish feel. 10 mins away is Villaricos with its 2 pretty harbours. There is a water park close by perfect for all the family. Numerous activities , diving, boat trips , fishing, tennis , golf weekly markets, this area really has something for everyone even skiing is within easy reach in Granada ,which is also home to the famous Alhambra Palace well worth a visit. Also take a trip to the Mini Hollywood Theme Park in Tabernas where the famous Spaghetti westerns were filmed and join in the shootouts and wild west shows. Or just sit back & relax .

Additional information about rental rates

  • For minimum stay of 2 nights there is an extra charge of £30 for cleaning.
    You may need time to agree details with other party members we will normally hold your chosen dates as an option for three days after which it will automatically be cancelled, unless you have confirmed the booking to us.
    When booking we ask for a £50, non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to departure. The price of your holiday is fixed at the point of booking and will not be subject to surcharge. If you wish to change dates of travel we will try to accommodate your request, however if we cannot meet your request then cancellation charges will apply. Please note that we do not issue reminders for this balance and that the confirmation letter, which you receive after paying your deposit, also, serves as your final invoice. If booking within eight weeks of departure we will require the full amount of the holiday cost. On arrival a £50 refundable deposit is taken against damages.
  • Transport to and from airports cans be arranged by us. Prices on enquiry.
    Welcome packs can also be arranged if required.

Tha apartment is in a great position so close to Local Restaurants and all ammenities and in a position from which it is easy to visit many of the fantastic tourist attractions in the beautiful Costa de Almeria. Close to the wonderful ancient hill top town of Mojacar. This historic area is known for its caves, old tin, silver mines, famous for its clear waters and diving around Villaricos and Aguilas, its rugged mountains, national parks, amazing beaches and beautiful coastal scenery and views . Something for everyone. Fantastic holiday destination.

Pleasure boat trips are available, fishing trips, and various day trips can be booked locally. Numerous colourfull local fiestas . Weekly markets . Still traditional Spain.

Golf: Several excellent golf courses nearby, Dessert Springs, Valle De Este, Marina De La Torre all within a 15/20 minute drive of our apartment.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in for access to the area. It was like a home from home. Excellent equipment for every thing you want for a holiday. It was great being able to take chairs, sun shade and towels out to the beach. Great supermarket just down the road which had every thing we needed. Every one was very friendly and helpful at the complex. Great market at Vera on a Saturday. Plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes within in a short drive. Drove up into the mountains which were wonderful scenery and a lovely contrast from the beaches. Had a great relaxing holiday. great value for money.

The apartment is very confortable; it is prepared with all facilities needed. It´s very near of the main beautiful beaches of Almeria and very near to the village. It´s well maintained, so I would recommended it to my friends

A relaxing holiday

Concerning our stay in your apartment we are really satisfied it was great. I inside there is more than the people needs during the vacation period.



We really appreciated it. It is furnished in very good taste, it is clean, a few steps from the swimming pool...inside there was really all...



We had a fabulous and quiet vacation period.



In addition, thanks to your information book, we had the possibility to visit a lot of places we added also the information relevant to Lorca Castle.



So we thank you a lot to gave us your hospitality and hope to be able to came next year too.



One question: where did you find the lights you have in the patio I'm referring to the ones that automatically switch on when the sun goes down. Are really cute.

Peaceful serenity

We had a great time here, the location is good. It's a short walk to palamores which has a well stocked shop/mini supermarket. And some nice eateries.
Also a short drive to mohacar playa, with good shops and eateries/bars and nightlife.
The beaches are nice and clean and we had a very relaxing time in the pool and enjoyed sitting on the decking stargazing and drinking wine.
Just what we wanted, quiet when wanted and livelier if needed.
Thoroughly recommended.
