High Groves is a 700 square meter, elegant, seven bedroom, eight bathroom traditionally styled manor house on a 400 acre private agricultural estate, near the twin sea-side villages at Epidaurus, Greece. The house boasts three reception rooms, two with large fireplaces, home cinema, gym, gourmet kitchen, elegant furnishings, extensive verandas, a stately covered loggia, landscaped gardens, an 8 x 16 meter heated pool, four car garage, and stabling. The property is a working fruit farm and vineyard, offering fresh produce, estate wines, olive oil and preserves, as well as its own source of miraculously pure water. Epidaurus itself is one Greece's most important ancient sites, and is located in the mdst of several others, including Mycenae, Corinth, Tyrinth, Olympia, Nemea and others. Nearby Nauplio offers a pristine neo-Classical city, overlooked by the Palamidi castle, near the legendary Karathonas Bay beach. Epidaurus has several of its own beaches, some small and private, others with full amenities. High Groves is a 400 acre acagictive ultural estate, with a tuscan-style manor house, sleeping 14, with stunning grounds, a large heated swimming pool, home cinema, gym and stabling facilities. The estate operates as a fruit farm and vineyard, offering wholesome produce, estate wine, olive oil and its own source of miraculously clean water. The second kitchen,part of the caretaker flat, has a large refrigerator/freezer, a single stove with 4 burners, and a sink. There are electronically controlled doors to the garages and entrance gate. The property also has stabling. The cost of an air-conditioned rental car is also included.
