A brand new luxury 2 bed, 2 bath 1st floor apartment at 5* Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and includes TV/RADIO/DVD/CD player for your entertainment needs in the living area. The indoor dining area has a table for a max of 4 people. Leading from the living area is the large south facing terrace which gives maximum benefit of the sunshine making it the ideal place for al fresco dining late into the evening. The Master bedroom suite has a double bed, fitted wardrobes & drawers and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and drawers and is adjacent to the shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and in addition includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This is a Non Smoking property.
