Charming provencal villa full of character with modern and antique furniture situated on the edge of a quite hamlet 5 minutes from Roussillon and St Saturnin les Apt. The villa has 2400m of grounds facing a cherry orchard giving it a private and country feeling. There is a decent sized swimming pool (10x5) with deck chairs, built in BBQ and dining area. The main house contains a large open plan recently fitted Kitchen opening out on to a pretty patio (convenient for eating in or out), living room with fire place and an entertaining area, 1 large double four posted bedroom with ensuite bath/shower/WC, another large double bedroom with seperate bath/shower/WC. There are two other independent studios each with small living area and shower/wc: one with double bed and another with twin beds and a sofa bed. Situated on D2 with easy access to Roussillon, Apt and Gordes all within 20 mins. A path outside will take you for a walk up into the hills with view of vineyards and cherry orchards.
