Notes on accommodation:
3 large terraces overlooking pool and own 5 acres of olive groves, orchard and wooded valley – all with an abundance of wildlife incl. butterflies in summer. Surrounded by woodland trails from the house it is ideal for hikers, walkers and cyclists. Full of peace and tranquility, this Provencal villa is fresh, clean and fully equipped, decorated to a high standard and tastefully furnished with everything needed for a perfect holiday. The house and garden are very private and not overlooked; situated in a very safe and friendly area. On the outside terrace there are two large tables, each seating 8 persons.
The private swimming pool is 12 x 5 metres will have its own pool heating system which can be used between April and October depending on the weather.The pool is equiped with electric safety cover for maximum safety for those guests with children.
Notes on the Area:
Only 5 mns. drive from the medieval village of Flayosc with cafes, Provencal restaurants and outdoor markets.
Local shops include boulangerie, fishmongers, a delicatessen, 2 general stores and several excellent restaurants. There is a large shoe store also in the village also selling leather good (handbags, suitcases). There is a wine shop in the village, several gift shops, newspaper shop, bars, florists, chemists shop.
Distances
The village of Flayosc is about 5 minutes drive from the Villa.There is also a very pleasant 25 min walk into the village partly through forest and olive groves.
Nearest coast point - St. Maxime - approx 45 minutes. (40km) Nice (96km) Draguignan (6km) is the nearest town with a full range of supermarkets, shops including bicycle hire, museaums and a theatre.45-60 mns. drive to the coast St. Maxime, St. Tropez, Port Grimaud and Cannes. Visit local vineyards and traditional villages of Tourtour, Lorgues, Aups, Villecroze and Salernes.
Coast/Beach:
The nearest coastal point is at St.Maxime - approx. 45 minutes by car.St.Tropez and Port Grimaud are about 50 minutes drive (depending on the time of year). There are lots of beautiful beaches along the Cote D'Azur with restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and other equally tasty food.
There is a huge expanse of beach just before you go into St. Tropez which is called Pampelonne (3 miles long). Also great beaches at St. Aygulf and St. Raphael.
Special interest holidays
Less than an hour from Grand Canyon du Verdon, the Verdon river has created a series of gorges, the Verdon flows south into the turquoise waters of the Lac de Ste-Croix.

There are golf courses at St. Endreol next to the village at La Motte about 20 minutes away and at Golf Roquebrune (a challenging course) which is ten minutes further on. There are two courses in St. Maxime area - Beauvallon Golf club and Sainte-Maxime golf course. At St. Raphael there is a family golf club.
