This one bedroom with stunning views of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor of a four story building with secure entry, the apartment has a comfortable lounge with American style kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a intimate terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Air conditioned bedroom has sea views also. Located just near Golfe Juan town it is a 15 min walk to the centre and another 10 to beaches. Double sofa bed in lounge sleeps 2. TV, DVD, stereo/CD/radio. Parking available.

Golfe-Juan is a small seaside resort that offers a superb view of the Lérins Islands and of the 'Cap d`Antibes'. Golfe Juan is in the centre of a large natural harbour stretching from Cap d`Antibes to the East, to the Cap de la Croisette to the West, on the outskirts of Cannes. It was on the beach of Golfe Juan - on March 1st 1815 - that Napoleon I landed on his return from the island of Elba and gave the order to march first towards Cannes and Grasse, then further north: the route taken by Napoleon I as far as Laffrey, a small village to the north of Grenoble, is now known as the 'Route Napoleon'.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
