The property is in a safe and secure gated child friendly environment, and has 24 hour security patrols and CCTV. Upstairs is a double light and airy bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite with jacuzzi bath. It has a balcony with views looking out over the Mediterranean. The second bedroom also has double fitted wardrobes, and views of the swimming pool, there is also a shower room. Downstairs it has a WC and a homely and comfortable living room with patio doors leading on to a covered terrace and garden with table and chairs for outside dining, which look out over the mediterranean. There are two large comfortable sofas with seating for six, one of them being a sofa bed. It has a flat screen TV ,with English t.v including BBC1/2, ITV1/2 also Spanish and European TV and DVD player, The house also has a well equipped fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances including ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, utility room with Siemens washing machine and sink

The Costa Blanca has a mild sunny climate making it the ideal all year round resort,. The Coast stretches for 170 miles from Denia to Mojacar and is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. The lively resort of Benidorm with nightlife and shopping are nearby also the lovely smaller resort of La Cala Finestrat is only a few minutes away. The typical Spanish mountain village of Finestrat is close by and well worth a visit. Other local places to visit are the resort of Albir and the charming older resort of Altea with a lovely old blue domed church . The market at Altea is held on Tuesday and in Benidorm Wednesday and Sunday. 1 km away is La Marina which is a two storey indoor air-conditioned shopping mall where you can find great shops and roof terrace with restaurants and rides for the children. The Carrefour hypermarket is next to La Marina.Also nearby are Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura (wild animal park)Aqualandia Water Park ,Mundomar with dolphins & Go- Carts.
