First floor cozy apartment, which has all the amenities you are looking for: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, stove/oven with hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender), high chair for children, washer and dryer, satellite TV in 2 rooms, wireless internet, stereo, portable DVD player incl. DVDs, covered terrace including dining and lounge area. The bedroom comes with a double bed, the guest room has a sleep couch. Another sleep couch is available in the living room. For infants and toddlers our apartment offers a portable bed. All rooms open up through French doors to little balconies! The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, two vanities and a towel/storage closet. Linen and towels are provided. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment will comfort you in any season.

    33% of the rental price (due to the owner) is required to confirm the definitive booking; the remaining amount has to be paid one month prior to arrival.

    Please add 'end cleaning' cost of 75 Euro. A security deposit of Euro 450 will be collected at arrival and refunded in full at departure, if the apartment is clean and tidy and no damages occurred.

    Energy cost during Summer/Winter season/water/linens/towels will be charged extra: 10 Euros per person and week.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and was perfect for our family of four. We just love the location, since everything was just a few minutes walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt like being at home. Waltraud and Jacques were very honest, and we were not disappointed in any way with your lovely apartment. Our vacation was wonderful in Antibes, the people was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Antibes, and we hope to back soon. This will be a vacation that will always stay in our hearts.

Excellent apartment in center of old city

We have stayed in this apartment during beginning of October (off-season) and we didn’t come for swimming. This is first time in Riviera and we come to

Apartment beautifully decorated and brings the good atmosphere from the first minutes of your visit. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. You have everything you need for general family. You have 2 sets of TV with satellite receiver with nearly ~100-150 European channels (cons. – not enough English speaking channels)
The very big advantage is availability of the broadband Internet.
Kitchen is very well equipped – you have everything that you can imagine.
I am confirming that everything is described in the table above is correct. It is impossible to put here more photos and full description of apartment.

Located in the center of the city near the bus stops. Grocery and all necessary facilities are located in 5-10 minutes of walk. You don’t need the car for your vacation. The bus stop is near the building. Using train/bus you can get anywhere you need. There are also available some discounts for bus/trains. Recommended to use the “Riviera Pass” to get to the most attractions in this area. In case you have a car, as we had, there are payable parking available in 2 minutes of walk, but it is expensive to use it overnight. Free parking also available till 7-9 o’clock in morning, but it is a little bit difficult to find free space in evening.

Owner of apartment answers all you questions and together with contact person can provide you all the necessary information.

Our vacation in Antibes will stay in our memories - Thank you very much.

This is probably the best holiday apartment I have ever had. Tastefully furnished, cosy, with state-of-the-art equipment, ideally located right in the center of Antibes. Shopping is just 200 meters away, and the nearest (and the best) beach is within a 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended, you can not do anything wrong with this apartment.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed in the apartement 1st week of September. We found it to be very comfortable and ideally located. The apartment is right in the middle of town, just around the corner from the local Tourist Office, beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with whatever was needed. We felt just like home.

Beaches and the the old town are just min. away. Booking of apartment was dealt very well an the local contact Jacques met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. We all slept really well at night thanks to the Air Con.

We loved it all and would definately go back again!

A wonderful stay in Antibes

Myself, wife and eldest daughter spent one wonderful week in Antibes, based in the luxury of our rented apartment (just metres away from the local Tourist Office- very handy indeed!).

Not only was the apartment itself beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with whatever was needed, but also its location was fantastic. It allowed us easy access to the beach, the Old Town and the transport links to surrounding areas such as Nice and Cannes. Our friendly and helpful "contact" Jacques met us on arrival and we were immediately assured that any of our questions would be answered and any help provided.

It was an amazing holiday, not just because of the fantastic weather, food and delights of discovering the Cote d'Azur but the total comfort and home-away-from-home charm that the apartment provided. We ate most of our meals in the apartment, cooked in the brilliantly equipped kitchen with food purchased from the local Marche Provencal (15 minutes from the apartment) and the nearby supermarket (only 5 minutes walk away).

We were in contact with the owners prior to our stay and they provided us with lots of local information and were incredibly helpful.

This was our first experience of renting a holiday home and it has truly inspired us to continue to rent rather than stay in hotels. We would love to have the opportunity to rent this apartment again on our hopeful return to Antibes in the not too distant future. There were no complaints whatsoever regarding our stay, except perhaps that it was far too short!

We thoroughly recommend this apartment for its central location, facilities, its beautiful decoration and not least the helpfulness of its owners and contact, who we would like to sincerely thank for making our summer trip a happy and memorable one.
