Modern gites in restored stone built former convent located in centre of Espira de L'Agly with 11 wine domaines/caves and within walking distance of restaurant, local bar and shops. Air Conditioned/Heated Gites with HEATED Pool near Perpignan available all year round - short or long lets. Provides accommodation for up to 17 people (plus babies) by booking one, two or all units. LA PETITE MAISON sleeps 2 + child & baby, L'HIBISCUS sleeps up to 4 + baby, LA BOUGAINVILLEA sleeps up to 5 +baby, BRUGMANSIA sleeps 10 + 2/3 babies and can be used by two families. Surrounded by stone walls it is a garden lovers delight. It has several separate areas of garden and terraces containing lemon, orange, grape vines, Bougainvillea, a large flowering Magnolia Grandiflora together with many unusual plants giving a truly lush Mediterranean feel. Holiday in Catalan/Cathar region with over 50 major tourist/natural heritage sites and over 300 sunshine days per year. 14km to Mediterranean beaches.

L'HIBISCUS is a studio situated at the main entrance to the house adjacent to the college and church. It has a private entrance door leading from the shared terrace with La Bougainvillea. Accommodation comprises L-shaped Kitchen/dining/sitting/sleeping area which is up a flight of stairs. This large room has a double bed, a dining table and four chairs and a settee which can be used as a full size double bed. The sitting area looks out on the church whilst with wardrobe and sideboard with ample storage space. The fully fitted kitchen area overlooks the terrace. Separate shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and washing machine. There is a table, four chairs, sun parasol and a portable B.B.Q for sole use of this studio on the terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining. L'Hibiscus is suitable for a couple and two children who can share a bed and a baby, maximum. A cot can be supplied if required. Air conditioning/heating is installed
